Gleam Transportation is a fast growing trucking company and we are looking for Owner Operator Recruiters.

This person must be organized, energetic, friendly, team player with a positive attitude.

At Gleam Transportation you will be actively recruiting Owner Operators, through various advertisement mediums and lead generation. Via phone, computer, internet, etc. 

Will develop and maintain a database for the contractors. 

Maintain and promote DOT compliance during recruitment and hiring process; Complete candidate files for review by the Safety Department for approval. 

Ensures compliance with all federal/ state laws and regulations; shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences in all phases of recruitment process.
